Property Maintenance
Ensuring your property is well looked after is extremely important. When you instruct North East Letting to fully manage your property our dedicated in-house maintenance department will deal with all property maintenance issues, from a simple leaking tap to a complete central heating system failure.

We directly employ our own maintenance engineers who are able to respond to any issue your tenants may experience during their stay. Whilst we respond to all maintenance enquiries from tenants we ensure the tenant is not at fault before we attend a job, if the tenant has caused the problem they will be expected to pay for the problem and not the landlord.

Landlords will be fully informed of all major works at the property.

We understand landlords who choose our management service do not wish to be inconvenienced with minor works at the property, however we can inform you whenever we attend the property, the choice is yours.

Your dedicated property manager will inform you by telephone or email once a repair has been completed, our maintenance manager will also be on-hand to discuss the repair in detail should you wish. We also offer the flexibility to use your own maintenance contractors or to carry-out the work yourself.
