Step by Step Guide to Renting a

Search
all our available properties using our property search or call
our agents on 0845 643 5051 (local rate).
Step 2
Arrange viewing. One of our agents will accompany you
and answer any questions you may have. Don't worry if you want to view
the property more than once, simply ask your agent.
Step 3
Pay holding deposit (see costs for further details) and submit
your application form, this can be done on-line or via our paper based
application. Our agents will carryout reference checks which will normally
consist of a credit check, employer reference and current landlord reference.
The application procedure is slightly different for corporate lets, students
and tenants claiming LHA (local housing allowance).
Step 4
Move in to your new property.
