press marketing required to secure a quality tenant, accompanied viewings,
full tenant referencing and credit checking, photographic inventory, tenancy
agreement and standing order mandate creation and we’ll check the
tenant in to the property and take full meter readings.

including, Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, propertyindex.com, Primelocation.com,
Findaproperty.com and Northeastletting.co.uk

located a suitable tenant full references and credit checks will be carried

to your nominated bank account
